யாவர்க்கு மாம்பிறர்க் கின்னுரை தானே.

உண்ணப்புகும்பொழுது இறைவனுக்கு ஒரு பச்சிலை சூட்டி வணங்குதலும், பசுவிற்குச் சிறிது உணவு கொடுத் தலும், வறியார்க்குச் சிறிது சோறிடுதலும், அவ்வாறிடும் பொழுது இன்சொல் சொல்லுதலும் எல்லார்க்கும் இயல்வனவே.

Easy for all to offer in worship a green leaf to the Lord,
Easy for all to give a mouthful to the cow,
Easy for all to give a handful of food to others before sitting down to eat,
Easy for all,
good, kind words on others to bestow.
